Introduction
tent erecting Phoenix Leisure has a wealth of experience in facilitating Team Building events that can be run Outdoors or Indoors. We have an extensive selection of team exercises to choose from and they can be used both indoors and outdoors. The format can vary from a series of tasks and games set within the grounds of a hotel, to a more complex Mission Impossible type of scenario, or even a Land Rover Treasure Hunt incorporating team games on the way round.
Team Building offers an excellent tool to bolster morale or improve communication within groups. Our tasks are designed to stretch the imagination, encourage interaction, focus resource management, decision-making and planning.
We have some sample itineraries, briefly outlined below, but please ask if you require a more personalised package. We can also run our Multi Activity Events as more of a team building style of event. Activities might include our very popular ‘Honda Pilot Relay’, ‘Dash For Cash’ or Blindfold Driving.
We recommend team sizes of six to eight per team.
